Experience
He leads the practice at Jaramillo Dávila Abogados and is one of the most prestigious and experienced labor and employment lawyers in Ecuador.
Graduated in 1978, Dr. Jaramillo has forty years of experience on counseling and litigating for various national and international enterprises in both labor individual and collective matters.
He has acted as alternate State Judge, alternate Supreme Court Judge, President of the Bar Association where he implemented the first program to provide free legal counseling to low income citizens.
Currently, he serves as professor of procedural law at Universidad San Francisco de Quito, arbitrator at three centers in Quito and President of the Ecuadorian Institute of Procedural Law.
